This milestone marks the Group’s formal entry into the stockbroking industry, reinforcing its strategic vision to expand financial services and contribute to the growth and development of Fiji’s capital markets.

Sun Insurance wishes to inform its valued shareholders and stakeholders that the 2025 Annual Report was successfully completed and published online on 9 April 2025, in accordance with the required notice period. The same can be accessed via company website or SPX website.

However, we regret to inform you that the distribution of printed copies of the 2025 Annual Report will be delayed by at least 10 days. This delay is due to the expected late arrival of the supplies from overseas supplier. This year, in our efforts to improve the quality and presentation of our Annual Report, we have engaged an overseas printing service provider, which has resulted in a longer production and logistics timeline.

Sun Insurance Company Ltd (SUN) is pleased to announce the declaration of its second interim dividend for the financial year, amounting to $3.84 million. The Company paid its first interim dividend of $2.52 million in December 2025.

With this latest declaration, the total dividend for the 2025 financial year has reached $6.36 million, equivalent to 5.3 cents per share—marking the highest dividend payout in the Company’s history.

Sun Insurance Group is pleased to announce the launch of Sun Stockbrokers, marking a significant milestone in Fiji’s financial sector and reinforcing the Group’s strategic expansion into financial services. 
 
The Reserve Bank of Fiji and the South Pacific Stock Exchange have granted conditional approval to Sun Capital Pte Ltd, trading as Sun Stockbrokers, to establish and operate as a licensed stockbroking firm. The new entity will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Insurance Co Ltd, reflecting the Group’s confidence in the future growth of Fiji’s capital markets and its commitment to delivering comprehensive, client-focused financial solutions.
