Sun Insurance Group Officially Launches Sun Stockbrokers at AGM

Sun Insurance Group is pleased to announce the successful official launch of Sun Stockbrokers (SSB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Insurance Company Limited, during its Annual General Meeting held on 30 April 2026.
This milestone marks the Group’s formal entry into the stockbroking industry, reinforcing its strategic vision to expand financial services and contribute to the growth and development of Fiji’s capital markets.
The launch follows the earlier announcement of regulatory approvals from the Reserve Bank of Fiji (RBF) and the South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPX), with Sun Stockbrokers now fully operational and ready to serve both individual and institutional investors.
