Appointment of Company Secretary

Sun Insurance Company Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Monica Aguilar as the Head of Legal and Company Secretary, along with Ms. Helena Ting as the Assistant Company Secretary effective 9 September 2025.
Ms. Monica Aguilar, a qualified solicitor, brings over six years of professional experience spanning the legal and media industries. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Legal Studies, complemented by an MBA from Indonesia. Monica has been with Sun Insurance for the past eight months and has demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in her role.
Ms. Helena Ting is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree at the University of South Pacific and has accumulated more than eight years of valuable experience in secretarial work and property management. Her diverse background and ongoing education make her a strong asset to the company's administrative team.
