Nukul Deo is an experienced insurance professional with over 20 years in the Fijian insurance industry. Since joining Sun Insurance Company Limited in 2004 as a Claims Officer, he has built a distinguished career rooted in operational excellence, customer service, and strong leadership.

His strong work ethic and consistent performance led to his promotion to Claims Executive in 2011, where he played a key role in managing complex claims and supporting the company’s claims operations with professionalism and efficiency.

In 2013, Nukul was appointed Branch Manager for Sun Insurance in Lautoka, a pivotal leadership role in which he continues to serve. Based in the heart of the Western Division, Nukul is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, driving strategic growth, mentoring his team, and strengthening client and community relationships across the region.

Originally from Vunimoli, Labasa, Nukul brings to his work a strong understanding of local communities, cultural insight, and a deep-rooted sense of integrity. His leadership style reflects a balance of accountability, approachability, and dedication to both people and performance.
