Mitleshni Devi currently serves as the Assistant Manager – Human Resources at SUN, bringing a strong background in HR management, payroll administration, and finance. Since joining SUN in October 2022 as a Finance Officer, she has demonstrated adaptability, growth, and a strong commitment to employee wellbeing and organizational development.

In April 2023, Mitleshni transitioned to the role of Human Resource & Payroll Officer, where her expertise in HR processes, payroll systems, and employee relations led to her promotion to Assistant Manager – Human Resources. In her current role, she leads HR initiatives, supports staff engagement, and aligns HR strategies with SUN’s broader goals. She is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Before SUN, Mitleshni worked as a Customer Service Officer at Rajesh Singh & Associates (January 2021 – October 2022), gaining valuable experience in communication, administration, and problem-solving.

Originally from the Friendly North, Mitleshni holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Relations & HR Management and Management from Fiji National University. Her academic and professional journey makes her a valuable part of SUN’s leadership team, committed to delivering people-focused HR practices that support the company’s strategic vision.
