Sun Insurance Secures Full Tenancy for Sun Centre 2, Nadi

Sun Insurance Co Ltd announced today that its highly anticipated Sun Centre 2 in Nadi has achieved full tenancy ahead of its scheduled completion date. The company has signed a long-term lease agreement with Pacific Specialist Hospitals (PSH) for the entire building, reaffirming its commitment to fostering strategic partnerships that enhance healthcare services in the region.
Building on the success of Sun Centre 1, which was developed two years ago and is now fully occupied by PSH, a world-class healthcare provider offering a comprehensive range of services including open-heart surgeries, Sun Insurance's new development continues its expansion of premium medical facilities in Nadi. The $ 30-million Sun Centre 2, with its 3845 square meter footprint, is expected to be completed in third quarter of 2025, providing additional space for PSH to extend its healthcare offerings.
